Thanks to its modular concept the system can be optimally matched to the individual requirements of the existing infrastructure. An upgrade or retrofitting is also possible. Thus the system offers optimum investment safety for your IT infrastructure. The interface is based on the standard in network technology. CMC-TC offers the connection to existing network management systems (NMS) with Ethernet via TCP/IP and SNMP.
It includes an own web server for easy working via Internet browsers and supports standards like RS232, Telnet, SSH, FTP or SMTP. In highly sensitive areas a personalised access control or video-monitoring with a web cam can be carried out. Alarm messages can be sent independently from the network via ISDN or GSM. The integration in industrial automation or building automation is possible via a SNMP OPC server in the control centres of the systems. The system is installed via the usual RJ patch cables; the sensors have their own identification. The monitoring system installs itself automatically.
